Services

A professional medical, medico-administrative or consulting services furnished by a Physician on behalf of TPR under a Physician Employment Arrangement, consistent with this policy.  Notwithstanding, for purposes of this policy, “Services” do not include non-billable administrative services provided by an employed Chief Medical Officer or similar role for TPR or a Tenet Entity.
