Quality and Compliance Standards for Management

Management Performance Review

Clinical quality measures and compliance programs are established to evaluate Tenet’s Corporate Management and to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in Tenet’s Quality, Compliance and Ethics Program Charter. Each Tenet facility’s performance is reviewed every year and compared against their prior year’s performance. Results from the facility’s review are incorporated into the performance review for each corporate management member, and their base and incentive pay for the following year is tied to the performance results of these compliance and quality measures. The evaluation of the clinical quality program and compliance program effectiveness measures are handled by the Senior Vice President, HR and Chief Compliance Officer.
This may not apply, in part or in its entirety, to employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Those employees should consult their facility HR leader to determine the impact, if any, of their collective bargaining agreement on this topic and policy.
